DIRECTIONS FROM FAKENHAM

Leave Fakenham on the A1065 and follow the signs to Swaffham,

You will eventually come into Swaffham ( and will see the wind turbine in front of you) and go under a road bridge.Take the 1st turning Right after this and it will take you on to the A47 heading towards Kings Lynn.

The A47 bypasses Swaffham and eventually you will come to a roundabout (just past a "LITTLE CHEF")

Take first exit off roundabout on to the A1122 towards Downham Market

Continue for aprroximately 8 miles until you reach a large roundabout.

Take second exit sign posted Downham Market and follow road (Bexwell Road - B1512).

Take the first right hand turn into Landseer Drive.

Follow this road it will swing sharp left then sharp right.

Continue until you see the aerial masts on the right and a wide block weave speed bump ahead of you.

Follow the road for a further 30 Metres and take the right turn (almost straight on) into Constable place.

Number 3 is on the left hand side with a double garage.

Please park directly in front of the left or right hand garage.
