DIRECTIONS FROM HUNSTANTON

Fro Leave Hunstanton on the A149 direction King's Lynn.

Stay on the A149 until you come to the Hardwick Roundabout ( This is very large and has a flyover )

From the Hardwick roundabout take the A10 sign posted to Downham Market

Drive for about 8 miles until you come to a large roundabout.

Take 3rd exit left sign posted Downham Market and follow road (Bexwell Road - B1512).

Take the first right hand turn after the illuminated 30 miles per hour sign into Landseer Drive.

Follow this road it will eventually swing sharp left then sharp right.

Continue until you see a piece of land that has not been built on yet and aerial masts on the right.

Follow the road for a further 100 yards and take the right turn (almost straight on) into Constable place.

Number 3 is on the left hand side with a double garage.

Please park directly in front of the left or right hand garage.
