DIRECTIONS FROM SPALDING Leave Spalding on the A151 Direction King's Lynn. After Holbeach Turn right on to the A17. At the 4th roundabout take the 3rd exit to Wisbech A1101. Follow road through Wisbech and follow sign posts for Downham Market A1101. Continue on this road in the direction of Downham Market . It will eventually change its name and become the A1122. Stay on A1122 until you have crossed two rivers and come to a roundabout. At this roundabout go straight across and follow road into Downham town centre. At clock tower turn left and follow road until you come to a mini roundabout. At mini roundabout go straight across (2nd Exit). At traffic lights go straight across. Follow road into the 20 mile per hour zone you will soon come to school on your left hand side. Take 2nd left hand turn after school into Landseer Drive ( If you come to large roundabout you have gone too far). Follow this road it will swing sharp left then sharp right. Continue until you see a piece of land that has not been built on yet and aerial masts on the right. Follow the road for a further 100 yards and take the right turn (almost straight on) into Constable Place. Number 3 is on the left hand side with a double garage. Please park directly in front of the left or right hand garage.
