2. Shipping & Handling
Postage and packaging is free for all orders over £25 and delivered to the uk mainland. For orders under this value we charge the following amounts to go towards the cost of delivery:

3. Delivery schedule
We despatched
all orders by 1st class mail. Place your order by 12 noon
(Monday- Friday) and your order will be despatched the same day. (stock availability
permitting) Orders placed after 12 noon on a Friday will be despatched on the
following Monday.
4. Out of stock
In the unlikely
event that an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will send any other
items you have ordered immediately and mark the out of stock item "TO FOLLOW"
on your delivery note. As soon as the item comes back into stock it will be
despatched straight away.
Any postage fee applies only once to an order. If any item is out of stock at
the time you place an order, then there will be no additional fee for posting
that item on at a later date.
5. VAT on sales
For all purchases, vat will be charged at the rate applicable where we are required by law to charge tax. All our prices on this web site are inclusive of the current rate of vat where appropriate.

8. Returns policy
We want you to
be happy with your purchases. If you are not satisfied for any reason simply
return the goods to us with a copy of your delivery note within 14 days of receipt
and we will give you a full refund. THE GOODS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION.
We regret that postage can only be refunded if the item is faulty or if we have
sent the wrong item to you.
